Lift Blade

The lift blade raises the material so that the roller assembly can squeeze the material into the mold more efficiently.

Adjustment of the lift blade: Install the lift blade to the main shaft lock hole.

After installation, adjust the height of the rear end of the lift blade according to the material.

If it is straw, rice husk, etc, the rear end of thelift blade should be pressed down because these materials are more volatile, so there is no need for too large a raising height.

For materials such as wood chips, the rear end height of the lift blade needs to be appropriately increased to increase the pelletizing efficiency.

Cut Blade

The cut blade cuts the finished pellets to the required length and pushes the cut pellets to the discharge port.

The cut blade is divided into two parts, the cut blade base and the cut blade blade.

After loosening the blade fixing screw, the distance between the blade and the mold can be adjusted to adjust the length of the finished pellets.
