Application fields of Ton Bag Packaging Machine
It is suitable for the quantitative packaging of pellet materials with good fluidity such as corn, wheat, soybean, peanut, compound fertilizer, urea and rubber pellets.
Weighing range: 500-1200kg
Operation mode of Ton Bag Packaging Machine:
1. An empty bag put on the filling spout and bag clamp, the filling cycle acts.
2. There is a buffer hopper above the bag clamp, the gravity feeder will fill the material into the bag.
3. When the weight close to the target value, the fast feeding will stop, meanwhile the slow feeding continues filling until it reached the target value, so that to keep the high packing accuracy.
4. When filling complete, the operator was notified and the bag was detached from the bag clamp and filling spout.
5. The filled bag was transported to the next position to sealing.
